Expert micro-cannulas for precise filler, lipofilling and PRP injections with XL inner diameter.

SoftFil Precision 27G x 40mm XL is a high-quality micro-cannula from the SoftFil range, specially developed for medical-aesthetic applications such as hyaluronic acid injections, lipofilling, and PRP. These high-tech devices feature centimetre graduation along the stainless steel tube for greater depth precision and a red dot on the hub to identify the position of the side hole. The XL inner diameter allows for a smoother injection flow. Each pack contains 20 kits, each including a 27G needle and a 40mm cannula.
