MD‑TISSUE is an injectable medical device from GUNA's Collagen Medical Devices line, designed to aid movement and counteract the physiological degeneration of connective tissue (including tendons, ligaments, joints), and also for use in aesthetic-connective applications. The main identified therapeutic functions are: barrier effect, lubricating activity, and mechanical support in cases of ongoing pharmacological therapy.

How to use:

The product is administered by injection, and the area to be treated must be prepared aseptically.

It is used alone or in combination with other devices from the same line (e.g., MD‑MATRIX) for personalized treatment.

Specific modalities (injected volume, depth, frequency) should be determined by the doctor/healthcare professional based on the patient's clinical picture.

Ingredients:

•   Porcine collagen
•  Ascorbic acid (vitamin C)
• Magnesium gluconate
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)
• Riboflavin (vitamin B2)
• Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1)
• Sodium chloride (NaCl)
• Water for injections

     Dosage:

The exact dosage should be determined by the physician based on the indication, the patient, and the severity of the clinical picture. 

However, general guidelines are provided: 

·         For general cases: 2 treatments in the first 2 weeks, then 1 treatment until symptoms improve (average 8-10 sessions), and possibly 1 treatment every other week for a maximum of 10 sessions.

·         For chronic conditions: 1 treatment per week for one month until improvement, then 1 treatment per month.

Format:

•     Packaging: 10 vials of 2 mL each.
•    Storage: generally from +2 °C to +30 °C, protected from sunlight and frost (according to general guidelines for the line)

Shipping Times:
Depending on the destination, from the moment of order payment, the working days for delivery are:
Italy: 1-2 working days
Europe: 2-3 working days
Rest of the world: 3-4 working days.

Shipping Costs:
In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €49. To receive your order by 12 PM, you can select the premium option at a cost of €19.90 (Transit time 1-2 working days).

In Europe, shipping is free for orders over €199, otherwise the cost is €14.90 (Transit time 2-3 working days).

In the rest of the World, shipping is free for orders over €499, otherwise the cost is €45 (Transit time 4-5 working days).
