Synvisc One (hylan G-F 20) is an effective treatment for patients with knee osteoarthritis who have not adequately responded to conservative non-pharmacologic therapy or simple analgesics. Manufactured by Genzyme, this orthopedic solution consists of a single 6ml injection that provides long-lasting lubrication and cushioning to the joint, significantly reducing pain and improving mobility for a period of up to six months.
